Sophia Archiver has a web user oriented interface which makes it very intuitive so that anyone in an organisation can search for emails they may have sent, received, forwarded, deleted, moved etc. The interface provides capability to search by sender, recipient, date, attachment name etc.
Single Instance Storage
Unlike other archiving solutions, Sophia Email Archiving has a single instance archiving methodology where a file is stored only once. E.g If an attachment is forwarded hundred times within a company, that file is stored only once in the database, which reduces a lot of storage requirements.
Reduce Storage Requirements by up to 80%
Sophia Email Archiver compresses all emails before putting them in the database, consequently, the size of the overall data is reduced by up to 80%.
Email Tagging
After searching for emails, users can Tag their emails for future use. This makes searches very quick and efficient.
Restore deleted emails to Inbox
Users can easily restore any emails they need back to their inbox after searching for it via the user interface by single click. This feature can also be used to restore a batch of emails.
