Sophia Email Archiver leverages the exchange journaling feature to archive all emails to a central database. This eliminates the need of PST files on each user's machine and also drastically reduces the size of the Exchange Mail store.

Users will no longer need to call the network administrator if they want to find an email that they sent 3 years ago or deleted it from their inbox, they can find it all by themselves on the Sophia Interface and send it back to their inbox.
