The licence model at Sophia Technologies Ltd is a perpetual licence that you own after purchase, you can optionally buy our Software Maintenance Agreement which covers free product upgrades and 24 hour email support. We highly recommend all our customers to purchase a maintenance agreement as we aim to release at least 2 versions yearly with a lot of new features to meet market requirements.

You are automatically covered by an SMA for the first 5 months, within which you can add an SMA to your licence if you choose not to do it at the time of purchase of your licence. It is however not possible to buy a maintenance agreement after 5 months and support cases will need to be bought on case basis if needed, please contact us at sales@sophiatechnologies.com for more information on this.

Software Maintenance agreements are renewable yearly and you can purchase multiple years in a advance.
